Brian Wingate serves as an Associate Director in Newmark’s Denver office with over 18 years of experience in tenant and agency representation and providing innovative commercial real estate solutions. Brian’s experience includes strategic workplace and facilities planning, transaction management, market analysis, lease and purchase negotiations, acquisition and disposition of corporate property, capital markets and financial analysis and advisory. This broad range of expertise allows him to create comprehensive strategies for his clients on a local, regional and national basis. Since 2006, Brian has been an integral part of more than 3.75 million square feet of real estate transactions throughout the United States, with an aggregate value of over $300 million.
Prior to joining Newmark in 2018, Brian spent eleven years as a vice president with Transwestern, where he specialized in tenant representation, agency leasing and sales. He assisted a diverse range of tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers, providing each with outstanding customer service, great attention to detail, creative problem-solving and dedicated transaction management services.
