Bridget Richards is the principal of BRAND Real Estate, a Las Vegas commercial real estate brokerage and advisory firm. She holds both the SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) and CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designations; one of only nine commercial real estate professionals in Southern Nevada with both credentials and currently serves as President-Elect of the Southern Nevada SIOR Chapter (2026-2027) and Chair of the SIOR Independent Broker Group (IBG) Steering Committee, which represents 1,400 of SIOR's 3,500 global designees.
Over twenty years in the Las Vegas market, Bridget has sold or leased more than $900 million in commercial property. Her practice spans owner-user transactions, tenant and buyer representation, medical office, light industrial, and commercial real estate marketing services.
Bridget is recognized as one of the earliest adopters of artificial intelligence in commercial brokerage in Las Vegas. AI is integrated into BRAND Real Estate's workflow for market analysis, site selection, deal sourcing, and property marketing — delivered as a standard part of client engagements, not as a premium add-on. In 2026, Bridget has been the facilitator on AI workshops for CREW Las Vegas, CCIM Southern Nevada (Q1 Workshop: "ChatGPT for CRE: Strategic Tools Unlocked"), SIOR Southern Nevada ("Rising Tide: AI Workflows CRE Professionals Need Right Now to Win More Business"), and ongoing AI training to SIOR chapters across the country.
