Brooke Denton supports the team with a strong work ethic and a solutions-focused mindset. In 2025, she graduated from North Carolina State University with a major in Psychology and a minor in Business Entrepreneurship. She brings a unique perspective that blends analytical thinking with business acumen.
Before joining CityPlat, Brooke worked in residential property management where she was introduced to real estate and developed valuable skills in client relations and solutions. Under the mentorship of Nikita Zhitov, she is now fueling her passion by gaining knowledge and developing proficiency in commercial real estate. Brooke is driven by opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of the team.
