Bruce’s commercial real estate experience includes asset management, commercial & investment banking, contract negotiation, real estate loan workouts, investment sales brokerage, offshore syndications, and consulting. At Arcis Investments, Bruce is focused on new acquisition opportunities, as well as the asset management of the company’s portfolio. Prior to joining Arcis, Bruce was Managing Director for Euro American Advisors (EAA), a diversified Netherlands-based real estate investment company investing Dutch and German funds in U.S. real estate located throughout the southeast. Prior to joining Euro American, Bruce was Vice President at Citicorp Real Estate where his primary responsibility was managing a $300 million OREO portfolio located throughout the Southeast and the Midwest.
