Bio
Bruce, a born-and-raised Las Vegas local, kicked off his commercial real estate journey back in 1988 while studying at the University of Nevada. He moved back to Vegas in 1989 and soon found his niche in healthcare properties, later heading up a Medical Office Team at CBRE in 2004, specializing in leasing and sales for healthcare spaces. Over the years, he’s worked with big names like the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, Comprehensive Cancer Centers, DaVita, Quest Diagnostics, and Dignity Health, focusing on developments in the Las Vegas Medical Districts.
When he’s not closing deals, you can find Bruce rocking out to the Foo Fighters, catching a soccer game, or planning his next travel adventure.
