Bruce V. Ginsburg is the principal and co-owner of IKON Realty Group, LLC. Prior to establishing IKON Realty Group in 2007, Bruce spent 18 years with Schuyler Companies where he most recently was the Executive Vice President of the Brokerage Division. Bruce has extensive experience with landlord/tenant representation, leasing, sales, development, investment analysis, and market analysis.
He is committed to providing the highest standards of service in the commercial real estate industry. Bruce has worked with many of the nation’s top retailers including Office Max, West Marine, TJ Maxx, Price Chopper, CVS, Walgreens, Rite Aid, Eckerd, Blockbuster Video, and GNC to name a few. He has also worked with numerous restaurant chains including PF Chang’s, Brinker International (Chili’s, Romano’s Macaroni Grill), Starbucks, TGI Friday’s, Applebee’s, Red Robin, Sonic, DiBella’s Subs, and Wendy’s.
Bruce is actively involved in his community, serving on the Board of Directors of Sidney Albert Albany Jewish Community Center, Board of Directors at Daughters of Sarah Nursing Home, Board of Directors of the Commercial-Industrial Real Estate Brokers (CIREB), and as a past President of the CIREB.
