Bruce Simon is a Partner and Co-Founder of Landmark Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. and the Landmark Investment Sales team. Bruce is a graduate of Michigan State University, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business. He has been a licensed real estate agent since 1977 and a broker since 1982. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Commercial in 1988, he owned and operated his own real estate firm for over five years in Lansing, Michigan. With Michael Lippitt, Bruce founded Landmark Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. in 1989. Bruce has exclusively represented numerous “large box” retailers and department stores throughout Michigan. He continues to successfully represent the highest profile national retail chains while handling well qualified leasing and sale assignments
