Bryan joined Marcus & Millichap in 2019. Serving select areas of Texas, along with the entire State of Oklahoma, Bryan quickly established himself as one of the firm’s most promising new brokers by closing five transactions, at an average sale price of more than $6.25 million, within his first twelve months as a member of the Karr-Cunningham Storage Team. Originally from Redlands, California, Bryan holds a 2015 Master of Business Administration degree from the M.J. Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth. His rare ability to cultivate meaningful relationships with an extremely wide variety of property owners, from single-asset “mom & pop” operators to publicly-traded REITs, is a byproduct not only of his formal education, but also his nine-year tenure as a Captain in the United States Air Force – during which he deployed multiple times in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Freedom’s Sentinel. Leveraging his experience overseeing the management, control, and security of military assets valued in excess of $900 million, Bryan was uniquely qualified to serve on the “front lines” of the investment sales brokerage business from the moment he joined the Karr-Cunningham Storage Team.
Bryan consistently attends trade shows, conferences, and local luncheons in order to stay connected with owners and up to date on all the trends that are impacting the self-storage industry. He is a member of the Texas Self-Storage Association, the Self-Storage Association, and Inside Self-Storage. Bryan and his wife, Jenny, live just west of Fort Worth with their three children Eve (5), Grace (3), and Julia (1).
