Bryce Even is an Associate within CBRE Chicago’s Advisory & Transaction Services – Industrial & Logistics team, led by partners Matt Mulvihill, Kevin Segerson, and Cal Payne. Bryce is involved in the execution of a wide range of industrial real estate assignments, representing both institutional and private landlords as well as corporate occupiers.
Bryce plays an integral role in driving leasing and business development efforts, leveraging market intelligence, client relationships, and CBRE’s industry-leading platform to create strategic real estate solutions. With experience across diverse industrial and life science markets, he brings a proactive, detail-oriented approach to identifying opportunities, analyzing market trends, and delivering value for clients.
His responsibilities include agency leasing, occupier representation, targeted business development initiatives, market research, and transaction execution. Bryce also supports the team’s active listing portfolio through marketing strategy, property positioning, targeted outreach, and the utilization of CBRE’s technology and data platforms to help clients make informed real estate decisions.
