Cal Kropke serves as Vice President at Trammell Crow Company (TCC) where he is responsible for sourcing and managing new industrial development opportunities across the Midwest region. Prior to TCC, he was with JLL where he advanced rapidly from Analyst to Director within the Industrial Capital Markets team. During his tenure at JLL, Cal played a key role in underwriting, due diligence, marketing, and client relationship management, contributing to over $2.3 billion in closed industrial real estate transactions. His earlier experience includes roles in Commercial Lending at Wintrust Financial Corporation and a foundational internship with TCC in Chicago, where he began his real estate career.
Cal holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Indiana University.
