Carly Ibach joined Capricorn in 2024 as a Director focusing on brokerage advisory services. Prior to Capricorn, Carly was a Leasing and Investment Sales Advisor at SVN | Urban Properties in New Orleans, LA. Specializing in retail, Carly was an integral part of the firm’s brand relations and business development strategy. Carly represented clients including Krewe Eyewear, Stoney Clover Lane, Raising Canes, Insomnia Cookies, and Framebridge.
Carly holds a BA in Public Relations and English from the University of Alabama and an MBA from Tulane University’s Freeman School of Business with a concentration in real estate and a specialization in entrepreneurship. Carly is a member of ICSC and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the states of New York and Louisiana.
