Carol has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to commercial real estate, Carol worked as a commercial real estate appraiser for over five years with Shorett & Riley Commercial Appraisal in San Jose, California, and Seattle, Washington, as well as Zeller Appraisal in Santa Cruz, California. Prior work includes statewide research for the Health and Welfare Agency and national and international aviation sales for Hibbard Aviation in Oakland, California. Carol’s background provides her with extensive knowledge of the valuation process and a broad understanding of the industry. She is committed to providing professional service to all of her clients.
Education: Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies, University of California, Santa Cruz, 1980. Professional Affiliations: Santa Cruz Rotary Club, Dominican Hospital Foundation, past President, current chair of the Dominican Board of Community Advisors, Santa Cruz Yacht Club Member.
Hobbies: Beekeeping, bicycling, and running in the Santa Cruz Mountains.
