As a native of Rock Hill, South Carolina, Carol has lived in the beautiful western North Carolina mountains for almost 30 years.
Her passion for real estate encompasses many specialty areas including residential and vacation property sales, commercial property sales, investments and long-term rentals. With a previous career in accounting, this background has allowed her to combine her passion for real estate with her business experience.
She is very familiar with her part of the Western Carolina Mountains and works hard to represent her clients best interest. They value her honesty and hard work on their behalf and time she devotes to meet their needs. Her experience includes over 11 years as an active broker, broker-in-charge and property manager in the local real estate market and many more years managing personally owned properties both long-term and vacation rentals.
Locally, she has lived in Cullowhee, Tuckasegee and now in Sylva and their office is located in the historic town of Dillsboro. Her territory includes Jackson, Swain, Macon and Haywood counties and she welcomes anyone to contact her wanting to buy or sell in their area.
