With over 25 years commercial real estate experience, Caroline has spent the past 15 years representing Tenants and Landlords from San Fernando Valley to Ventura. Handling all aspects of real estate from search, negotiation, renewals & renegotiations, Caroline typically complete 150 transactions per year. She provides each Tenant a specific plan to reach their space needs while offering a personal touch throughout the process.
Caroline received her undergraduate degree from UC Irvine and MBA from CSU Long Beach. She lives in Thousand Oaks with her husband of 27 years and their three sons. Caroline is very active in her community and is passionate about serving others.
