Cate Browne has more than 20 years of experience in the Savannah real estate market and has built relationships throughout the industry. She works directly with clients and professionals to coordinate projects and is skilled in all facets of real estate development and sales.
Cate graduated from the University of Delaware before moving to Savannah. Her real estate career began in 2002 when she worked as a brokerage assistant for a large development company. After obtaining her real estate license, she worked directly with the COO for North Point Real Estate and was involved in a variety of projects.
Before real estate, Cate worked in the marketing department for an ENR Top 500-rated engineering and architectural firm. This experience allowed her to leverage her knowledge of land development and attention to detail to respond to RFPs across multiple disciplines.
