Since commencing her brokerage career, Cathleen Rose has been responsible for handling a broad range of retail assignments.
She has been involved in landlord and tenant representation, investment and user sale transactions, as well as portfolio disposition and land sales throughout San Bernardino County and the eastern end of San Gabriel Valley.
Early in her career, Cathleen was a member of tenant representation teams responsible for the expansion of Trak Auto, Crown Books, Subway and The Wherehouse. When the disposition assignment for surplus properties resulting from the Bank of America/Security Pacific Bank merger was awarded, Cathleen handled 19 bank properties in the San Gabriel Valley.
She also handled disposition work for Walmart and Starbucks as well as expansion work for Sprint and Goodwill. More recently, she has been involved in multiple tenant representation assignments for a number of restaurants.
