Chad joined Sports Med Properties as Director of Brokerage Services. In this capacity, he handles sales and leasing transactions nationally for the firm. He brings 10 years of brokerage experience to the role where he’s worked with clients from general office users to large healthcare practices. Prior to joining Sports Med Properties, Chad led the healthcare initiative in the Carolinas for Newmark Grubb Knight Frank’s Global Healthcare Services team. As a member of Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors, he was recognized as a multi-million dollar producer. Chad earned his BS degree in Management Science & Information Technology from Virginia Tech. He enjoys spending his free time as a Crossfit coach and boating on Lake Norman.
