Over his 20-year career, Chalvis has completed over 700 transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $3 billion including over ten million square feet in recent sales.
His success on behalf of Fortune 100 companies such as General Electric, Citibank, Drake Beam, Emerson Electronics and Saint Gobain Cal-Mar are well documented.
