Charles is a Partner and head of Cushman & Wakefield’s South East Office Agency Team. He also sits on the UK & Ireland Board (ExCo) with responsibility for Landlord Services. Charles has specialised in commercial agency for over 25 years, advising on disposals, acquisitions and development projects.
