Born 1973 - a Director of Fifield Glyn Ltd. Charles commenced practice with Fifield Glyn in 1995, having gained a degree from the University of Reading at The Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester. He was elected a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1998 and elected a Fellow of the RICS in 2009.
Charles specialises in Occupational Agency, Rent Reviews/Lease Renewals, Valuation, Rating and Landlord & Tenant matters on behalf of various clients throughout England and Wales.
Charles was National Chairman of RICS matrics in 2007/8 and Hon Secretary 2002/5, Chairman of RICS Greater Manchester Junior Organisation (now RICS matrics) in 2002/3. He was a member of RICS International Governing Council 2006/8, RICS Strategy & Resources Board 2008, RICS Council of England 2005/6 and a LionHeart Trustee 2006/7.
