Bio
Charles L. Jeffers grew up in San Antonio and graduated from Texas Christian University with a B. B. A. Degree in Finance. He also holds a Ranch Management Degree from TCU. Charles served in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers as a construction platoon leader in Thailand and ended his tour as a Captain. Charles entered the real estate business in 1972. In 1976, he purchased a ceramic clay manufacturing company that he expanded to include distribution of raw materials and retail sales.
He sold the company in 1985 and re-entered the real estate business as a Broker. Charles has been active in the Downtown Rotary Club for over 30 years and is a member of the Real Estate Council of San Antonio. In 2008, Charles was honored to be nominated by the City Council of San Antonio for the prestigious “Ethics in Business” award.
