Charles M. Loescher has been actively involved in the real estate industry for the past 25 years. He has been successful in negotiating multiple deals as a broker for companies such as Choice Hotels, Walgreens, CVS, and many others. He also facilitated many closings between buyers and sellers for office buildings, convenience stores, and small shopping centers throughout the New Orleans metropolitan and Mississippi Gulf Coast areas. Charles has successfully closed over 15 million dollars of real estate per year for the last 15 years. Charles has also developed many projects himself such as historical buildings located in Downtown New Orleans using Historical Tax Credits and hotel projects using New Market Tax Credits. He has restored many free-standing bars, restaurants, and medical centers dealing with planning and zoning departments- solving compliance problems to rehabilitate and restore working operations. Charles has experience in the development of residential subdivisions, including the planning and organizing infrastructure placement needed to complete the development.
