Mr. Walker has over 14 years of experience with a career spent successfully establishing, overseeing, and supporting real estate departments for organizations. He is a proven innovative advisor for national and regional clients, having developed a number of key real estate strategies.
He has significant experience in asset management and tracking, development of policies and procedures, construction and project management, property and facility management, lease administration, relocation analysis and transaction management. He serves clients in all aspects of real estate by aligning their business objectives with real estate strategies and processes.
He has strategically managed real estate portfolios across 86 cities and successfully negotiated transactions totaling more than 1,000,000 square feet as part of the implementation of clients’ real estate initiatives.
