Charlie Must is a Senior Associate with CBRE’s Agency Leasing team in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Working alongside Andrew Miller, Charlie provides office owners with a wide range of sublease services to capitalize on underutilized or unoccupied space. In working with occupiers through the sublease process, he uses an agency leasing mindset and marketing programs to deliver best-in-class marketing materials, prospecting strategies, tour protocols and letter-of-intent negotiations.
Charlie’s relationships with local occupiers and tenant reps seeking furnished and move-in ready space – along with his experience in sublease clauses and the competitive-space market – make him an asset to any owner. Moreover, his ability to explain the value of build-out and furniture costs, time savings, and risk mitigation to occupiers streamlines the subleasing process and creates mutually beneficial outcomes for all parties.
With nearly a decade of experience in investment sales and leasing, Charlie joined CBRE from White Oak Commercial Real Estate in Lexington, Kentucky. While there, he provide leasing and sales services to owners and occupiers of office, industrial and retail properties in Lexington and Louisville, Kentucky, and Cincinnati, Ohio.
