With considerable real estate experience, Charlie specializes in advising industrial and logistics occupiers on acquisitions, disposals and strategic advice across the UK, with a particular focus on the big box market. Charlie has worked with one of the UK’s largest 3PL’s with a combined portfolio in excess of 22M SF.
