Cherylyn is the Regional Property Manager for Stonewater Properties USA. Cherylyn has 35+ years experience in commercial real estate management and leasing. Cherylyn currently manages the operations, maintenance, and leasing of 20 properties including commercial, retail, flex and warehouse space. Her responsibilities include contract and lease negotiation, administration, supervision, property inspections, capital improvement planning and management, project management, marketing, and tenant relations.
Cherylyn loves working with people in all aspects of property management and believes the strong relationships we build grows our personal and company value. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BBA in MIS from Texas A&M Corpus Christi. She also received her MBA from Texas A&M Corpus Christi.
