Chip E. Craven is an office and industrial investment sales advisor with Franklin Street’s Nashville office. He focuses on the acquisition and disposition of office and industrial properties throughout Nashville and the Southeast, advising private investors, business owners, and developers on investment sales and strategic real estate decisions.
Prior to joining Franklin Street, Chip worked in commercial real estate brokerage in Nashville. Earlier in his career, he managed approximately 245,000 square feet of retail, office, and medical condominium properties in the Chicagoland area.
After graduating from the University of Iowa with a degree in finance, Chip began his career with a private equity real estate development firm in Denver, where he worked as a financial analyst on development projects totaling more than $50 million and 300,000 square feet of warehouse and distribution space.
A St. Charles, Illinois native, Chip supports Special Olympics and enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, golf, and sports.
