Mr. Adams has extensive experience in the property industry in New Zealand, Australia, and the United Kingdom, including over 20 years’ experience in health sector property acquisitions, transaction structuring, and large-scale hospital development. Responsibilities with respect to Northwest include overseeing development management and joint responsibility for acquisitions undertaken by the business. He was one of the founding Executives at Generation Healthcare REIT. Prior to joining Generation, Chris established Vital’s presence in Australia in 1999 and served as General Manager – Australia following various roles with the group in New Zealand.
Mr. Adams holds a Bachelor of Property from the University of Auckland.
