With 12+ years of experience dealing in all facets of the real estate business, Chris is well equipped to handle the most challenging real estate assignments. Chris has represented both institutional landlords from Columbia University to small private landlords, alongside corporate and individual tenants.
Most recently, Chris has played an integral role in Kumon North America’s effort to restructure its real estate portfolio in New York City, and closed over 10 deals for them over the past two years.
Chris is a 2007 graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Madison, having obtained a BS in Political Science after which he returned to New York to quickly establish himself as a member of the real estate community in New York City. After living in New York City for nearly 10 years, Chris moved along with his wife to the Village of Tuckahoe in Westchester County where he continues to broaden his knowledge of real estate by serving as a member of his cooperative board. Chris and his wife also own and manage an investment property in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
