Chris specializes in tenant advisory, asset management, strategic market planning & project leasing throughout Dallas-Fort Worth, Oklahoma, and New Mexico.
Chris has been active in commercial real estate for more than 19 years. Prior to joining Transwestern, Chris was a Senior Vice President with Venture Commercial in Dallas. In this capacity he oversaw the rollout of Flix Brewhouse in Dallas-Fort Worth and Oklahoma in addition to assisting Jos A. Bank, Dunkin Donuts, T Mobile, rue21 and Woodhouse Day Spa with their expansion plans in various US markets.
Prior to Venture Commercial, Chris was a Senior Leasing Agent for Phillips Edison & Company. Chris handled the leasing of grocery-anchored shopping centers in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Iowa, Kansas, and New Mexico.
Chris is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
