Chris Garavaglia is a Managing Director at Marcus & Millichap, specializing in the sale and acquisition of retail investment properties across the U.S. He focuses on both private capital and institutional investment property transactions. Chris, along with his partner, lead a team of highly qualified real estate professionals who are recognized nationally as a leading investment sales brokerage team. During his career, Chris and his team have successfully closed more than $1 Billion worth of commercial real estate transactions.
Education
Chris graduated from Quincy University with a BS degree in Business Management, along with a Master of Business Administration degree. While attending Quincy University, Chris was a two-time All-American student-athlete & Captain of the Men’s Soccer.
