Mr. Hill specializes in providing landlord, tenant, and investment representation services throughout the Detroit metropolitan area in the industrial, manufacturing, industrial outdoor storage & R&D sectors. In his career, Mr. Hill has over 100 transactions, with total square footage in excess of 4,000,000 SF.
Prior to joining the Newmark Detroit office, Hill spent three years working in the Newmark Chicago office, where he worked as an associate on the industrial advisory team.
