Before joining DuWest, Chris worked for Venture Land Group representing large national developers and landowners. Chris is involved in diverse land projects, spanning from large master-planned communities and multifamily housing to build-to-rent/townhome properties and mixed-use retail developments. Chris enjoys working with landowners through the various stages of raw land development and is committed to maximizing value for his clients. He has a strong understanding and expertise for land located in the ETJ (Extra-Territorial Jurisdiction).
Chris is a Magna Cum Laude graduate from the University of Texas at Dallas where he earned a Bachelors of Science in Finance. Chris is originally from Chicago, IL, and enjoys playing hockey and spending time with family and friends on the lake.
