Bio
Chris Orosco is the Principal responsible for financial analysis, proforma development, project cost and cash flow planning, and interface with the Orosco Group's lenders and capital partners. A licensed real estate broker and 20 year veteran of the commercial real estate industry, Chris shares roles in site acquisitions, net leased investment strategies, lease negotiations, entitlements, contract review. Chris also oversees property management and staff for the company. Chris obtained a B.A. degree in Economics and a minor in Urban Studies from Stanford University in 2000, is a Founder’s Circle member of SPIRE (Stanford Professionals In Real Estate), and
is active in the Urban Land Institute and the International Council of
Shopping Centers.
