Bio
Mr. Senn joined Southeastern Development Associates in 2006. He is a senior member of the development and retail brokerage team. He has also participated in overseeing the site acquisition of both multifamily and retail projects for Southeastern’s developments. Mr. Senn has worked on the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant investment properties, grocery-anchored, and power centers for Southeastern, outside investors, and various real estate owners. He is also involved in tenant representation, third party property management, and third party brokerage. Mr. Senn earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia in 2005.
