Chris Sinfield is a Executive Managing Director in the Los Angeles South Bay office of Cushman & Wakefield. His primary focus is on office related transactions- tenant representation, agency assignments and investment sales. Chris began his career in 1991 with a focus on Southern California office related transactions.
With an emphasis on building institutional client relationships, Chris has been involved in a number of the South Bay’s largest office related transactions. Chris has been recognized with involvement as one of the top brokers in Southern California by Commercial Property News and Costar Power Broker. Chris has been instrumental in executing a number of transactions on behalf of multi market corporate users such as DirecTV, Cymetrix and Konica Minolta Business Solutions and the United States Department of Treasury.
