Mr. Gilbert serves as an Associate in the Dallas-Fort Worth market at Lovett Industrial, joining in March 2024. At Lovett Industrial, Mr. Gilbert’s responsibilities include supporting due diligence for acquisition and development opportunities, entitlements, securing financing, and leasing. Prior to joining Lovett Industrial, Mr. Gilbert worked at Fortress Investment Group where we oversaw a portfolio of 2.6 million square feet of commercial real estate across the country. Throughout his career, Mr. Gilbert has been responsible for underwriting and transacting over $400 million of real estate assets. Mr. Gilbert earned his BBA from Texas Tech University and MBA from Southern Methodist University.
