Christopher Hanenberg joined Veris Residential in 2018 as the Vice President of Leasing focusing primarily on the Waterfront portfolio. Mr. Hanenberg’s responsibilities include the day-to-day leasing functions such as property tours, proposal and lease negotiations, tenant retention, broker interactions, and executing on the overall leasing strategy. In 2019, Mr. Hanenberg’s leasing responsibilities were expanded to include the Metropark, Monmouth, Princeton, and Short Hills portfolios.
Prior to joining Veris Residential, Mr. Hanenberg spent six years with Savills, a global real estate services provider, focusing on national corporate tenant representation. Prior to Savills, Mr. Hanenberg spent six years with CBRE in New Jersey.
Mr. Hanenberg studied Philosophy and Psychology at Iona College.
