Mr. Hoffmann joined Eastdil Secured in 1988 and is a senior member of the firm’s retail group. Mr. Hoffmann is one of the nation’s leading intermediaries in retail real estate, with approximately 250 transactions totaling over $70 billion, including some of the most significant sales, mergers, and joint ventures to have occurred in the retail industry over the last two decades. Mr. Hoffmann has held various positions with the International Council of Shopping Centers, including Western Region Conference Co-Chair, planning committee and Southern California government relations chair.
