Mr. Itule is a commercial real estate professional with more than 22 years of leadership, operations, and investment experience, including over a decade dedicated to commercial real estate brokerage, acquisitions, development, asset management, and property operations. Throughout his career, he has successfully combined operational expertise with strategic investment analysis to drive value creation across a diverse range of real estate assets.
Mr. Itule has participated in more than $200 million in commercial real estate transactions and development projects, with experience across all five major commercial real estate asset classes: multifamily, office, retail, industrial, and land. Combining operational leadership with strong financial acumen, Mr. Itule specializes in financial modeling, asset performance optimization, and market analysis, leveraging industry-leading platforms such as Argus, CoStar, and advanced Excel-based underwriting models to drive informed investment decisions and maximize asset value.
Born and raised in Southern Arizona, Mr. Itule earned a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Northern Arizona University. He has been a licensed real estate professional since 2014 and is bilingual in English and Spanish.
