Chris Patricia heads up the Commercial Division at Keller Williams Downtown Office and has over 17 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate. Chris started his career in real estate as an owner's representative, project manager, and leasing agent for a ground-up development in Coronado, CA. During that time he helped negotiate and write numerous leases - most of which were Medical. Shortly after joining Keller Williams Realty-Metro (Downtown) in 2008, he was asked to start and head the Commercial Department. Since that time he has gained significant experience in Multi-Family sales and developments along with various other aspects of Commercial Real Estate. Chris graduated from San Diego State University in 2003 with his degree in Finance, which helps in the analysis/valuations of various properties and projects that come up in his daily activities.
