Chris joined Moorfield in 2013 and is a Senior Investment Manager. Chris works in the Origination Team, focussing on the sourcing, analysis and execution of new investment opportunities, particularly those in the Traditional real estate sectors.
Chris is a Chartered Surveyor and holds an MPhil in Real Estate Finance from Cambridge University. He joined Moorfield from La Salle Investment Management where he worked in the Debt and Special Situations team. Before this he worked across three La Salle managed UK pension funds and previously with the M&A team at Jones Lang LaSalle Corporate Finance.
