Chris grew up locally and attended Brentwood School. Apart from a year working in Bristol prior to qualifying in 1980 he has been based in Essex, joining Mass & Co in 1992. He deals with residential and commercial surveys, Schedules of Condition on behalf of purchasers, valuations (including Independent Expert reports for Court), Party Wall Awards and Landlord & Tenant advice. He is an RICS Registered Valuer and also a member of SPAB (Society for the Protection of Ancient Buildings).
