Bio
Mr. Wang is responsible for executing on the acquisition and development of Federal, State/Local and Government-Adjacent properties. In this role, his responsibilities include the originating, underwriting, structuring, closing, asset management, and disposition of investments.
With over 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Mr. Wang has been involved in the acquisition or disposition of over $1.5 Billion in assets over the span of his career. Prior to joining Easterly Government Properties, Mr. Wang served as Managing Director at Parkway Properties where he invested across the Class A office, multifamily and industrial sectors. Prior to that, he served as Vice President of Development for Florida East Coast Industries where he executed on the transit-oriented mixed-use developments associated with the Florida Brightline train corridor as well as the Ludlam Trail. Earlier in his career, Mr. Wang served as an Associate at Brookfield Asset Management and as an Analyst at Five Mile Capital Partners.
Mr. Wang earned his B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and a graduate of the Urban Land Institute Leadership Program.
