Bio
Chuck is one of Primera Partners, L.L.C.'s founding partners, in January 2001. He is the President/Owner, responsible for the overall operations of the company including acquisitions, property management and leasing. Chuck has led Primera to build a management/leasing portfolio of over $135,000,000 in aggregate value. Part of this growth has come through partnerships that have acquired over $85,000,000 of Central Business District office, suburban office, medical office, industrial, retail, and triple net leased convenience stores. The convenience store business has grown to 47 stores selling over 60 million gallons of fuel annually. Prior to the formation of the company, Chuck spent over 12 years with the Trammell Crow Company. He became the Executive Vice President/Managing Director of the Office and Industrial Divisions in the San Antonio office. Chuck has been involved in the acquisition of more than 2.6 million square feet of office and industrial properties, valued in excess of $160 million. He has over 2.8 million square feet in development and project management experience. His lease transactions total over 11 million square feet of office and industrial space. Chuck holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Arkansas. He currently serves on the boards of HeartGift and The Epilepsy Foundation. He has previously served on the boards of the Alamo Area Council of the Boy Scouts, Real Estate Council of San Antonio, Downtown Alliance, United Way of Austin, Capital Area Council of the Boy Scouts, and the Real Estate Council of Austin. Chuck was in San Antonio's 40 Under 40 Hall of Fame in 1998.
