Chuck has extensive experience as a specialist in the field of commercial land real estate. His specialty includes acquisition, disposition, assemblage, development, entitlements, and evaluation. He has experience in all sectors including residential, industrial, office, retail, mixed-use, and investment. Representing both sellers and buyers, Chuck has negotiated the sale of millions of dollars of unimproved land throughout the entire Kansas City Metropolitan area. He is considered a land development "expert" by his industry peers.
Prior to founding Boulevard Commercial in 2021, Chuck spent 16 previous years establishing the KC land divisions at two of the areas largest commercial firms, CBRE and Colliers. In addition, Chuck began his career as VP of Sales at The Land Source in 2003.
