Bio
Clément started his career in commercial real estate consulting in 2012 at ABAULT Commerces in Bordeaux, where he worked until 2015 while continuing his studies in real estate expertise at ICH (CNAM).
He joined the Consulting & Marketing department of Draco Partners at the end of 2015, and has been managing this department as a partner since 2023.
Appointed a certified real estate expert in 2019, Clément has more than 12 years of experience in consulting and marketing, collaborating with institutional lessors and distribution chains on projects of all sizes across the country.
