Cody Hershey is a Commercial Real Estate Broker Associate at Marcus & Millichap, specializing in the disposition of investment properties across Florida. With a background in development and asset management for a family office, Cody brings an institutional perspective and a strategic, value-driven approach to every assignment.
Originally from New York City and raised in Rumson, New Jersey, Cody graduated from the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business with both a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE), completing both degrees in just four years. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, he served as a Development and Asset Management Analyst at a private family office, where he was responsible for overseeing investment performance, managing portfolios, and identifying value-add opportunities.
Now based in Fort Lauderdale, Cody leverages his analytical background and market knowledge to help property owners successfully navigate the sales process and maximize value.
