Colin Hampton, Director of Acquisitions at Big V Property Group, serves to underwrite acquisitions by creating and maintaining detailed financial analyses to evaluate prospective investments. In addition, Colin conducts market research and analysis to determine economic and demographic trends, as well as real estate market fundamentals.
Before joining Big V Property Group, Colin worked as an analyst at Rockefeller Group on the mixed-use properties development team. He has held various roles within real estate brokerage, including capital markets and dispositions.
Colin graduated Summa Cum Laude from the New Jersey Institute of Technology with a BS in Statistics. He is also a U.S. Army Ranger School and Airborne School graduate, and a 2011 NCAA Tournament participant, as well as a MAAC Conference champion.
