Bio
Colin Morrison is a Senior Associate with CBRE’s Central Florida Office Brokerage Services, which services owners and investors throughout the greater Orlando area. Mr. Morrison joined CBRE in February 2022.
Before entering brokerage in 2015, Mr. Morrison served in analyst and appraisal positions for several large commercial real estate firms in the Orlando area. This diverse experience gives him a unique perspective to help guide clients through every step of a deal.
In his ten-year career, Colin has handled the financial modeling for more than $500 million in transactions and has completed over $200 million in leasing and sales transactions.
